I will admit i was slightly nervous when i saw the box. It was bent and broken and when i opened the bag and pulled the hair out the curls did not look the way I expected. After i washed and deep conditioned the hair it became the best unit I’ve purchased. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Its crazy I got this from Amazon.
